A place where people who cant get a decent job elsewhere come to watch their career die. Degrading tasks like fixing font size and booking rooms (for managers). Sexist male coworkers. Low pay Low prestige Hostile environment Derogatory remarks

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
