Pluspunten

-focus on professional development -variety of projects -great training ground for new grads looking to establish a strong base in project management; but equally quite narrowing in developing that single skill set

Minpunten

-weak mid-level leadership -poor employee retention -draws competent professionals, but few high-achievers or strategic thinkers -little opportunity to move up once the "senior PM" level is achieved -preaching sustainability but not practicing it

Pluspunten

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
