upper management is very competent, friendly and there are many resources to get the job done. Promotions from within do happen here

Minpunten

Work life balance nonexistent. Was expected to be on call 24-7 as well as in the office from 8-6. Supervisor was not qualified and had no talent for leadership. Supervisor’s own lack of confidence/insecurity created many issues and needless drama. There seemed to be an unusually high turnover rate overall throughout the different departments.

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
