Work experience really depends on teammates and supervisor. I was lucky to have a fun team to work with and to form close relationships with them.

Minpunten

There can be some tensions between brokers'teams. There was little advancement opportunities if you are not working as a broker. Many people rely on you and ask you to work for them, teams fight between themselves to have as much time possible. Research team is often understaffed, work is long and sometimes stressful, and we were underpaid.

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
