New leadership in key areas of this diverse business who are disconnected from each other, the work force and are arguably out of their depth. Collinson is a company that actively promotes and advertise it's Values based culture but don't be fooled. Being 'insight led' only applies when the data suits the narrative. 'Acting smarter' doesn't mean learning from mistakes or failing forward. It simply means changing the players and putting the blame elsewhere. 'One Team' is actually very visible at the grass roots level with great collaboration between colleagues but the politics and empire building at senior levels is in complete opposition to this value. 'Doing the right thing' is very subjectively and inconsistently applied. If you are still considering a career with this company, balance your input. There will be no reward other than superficial lip service for all the late nights in a high pressured environment. Sticking with them through tough times will count for nothing. Personal development and career growth is often talked about but like so many things, it's all hot air and no substance.
