Team that steps on your head to get above. Clicy , unethical, breaks data protection & marketing preferences on a daily basis, doesn't have adequate stock levels, warehouse doesn't arrange deliveries as promised, systems are so outdated and unreliable. Your manager shares your confidential info with their friends within the business. Team leaders are allowed to talk to colleagues with little or no respect, attitudes within teams towards each other are destructive, and anyone successful in their role are questioned in their credibility and sabotaged in getting their bonus. People are on timers to cut their breaks short but aren't appreciated for any extra time given. You get less than an hour break for the whole day. The traffic is horrendous in Lynchwood at rush hour times.
