Pluspunten
I thought this was a different corporate culture since it is a company headquartered in Denmark. (US Hq is in Minneapolis, MN). I thought that they would value indididual efforts and that they would realize (like many european companies do) that the key to success and high productivity is employee happiness.
Minpunten
Upper management does not value hard work and do not reward loyalty. The Danes are just trying to achieve high profit margins. There is a disconnect between the unrealistic goals drafted by upper management in DK and the reality on the ground in the US. The direct result is alieanated and disenfranchised US employees (except for the Danes working in the US) and a company slowly loosing it's grip on the small market share that they currently hold.
