I was a bit dubious about moving to a new re-seller, but the move was well worth it. The whole culture is really rewarding, there is the normal sales pressures as you would get in any sale based job. But here you are truly looked after, so many benefits they just don't advertise till you join. The management just seem to get it, they all have worked in the industry for a long time and have worked their way up . the MD is one of the first in every day which is nice to see which previous companies i have never even see the MD in the office.
