Expect to work weekends and evenings to keep your head above water. Everyone is on storm duty so if there is a storm and your team is on call, expect to work 12 hour shifts around the clock including weekends with no overtime pay; just straight pay. Very high stress environment. Managers do little to nothing to develop employees.
