Pluspunten

The only pro I can think of is it’s remote work.

Minpunten

1) “Metrics” were in place, but when downsizing happened seniority was more important than the “metrics”. 2) Everything gets put on the Customer Success team. Sales tends to bring bad fit customers and this tends to create a negative customer experience. 3) There’s a disconnect between Operations and Customer Success. This creates confusion and no clear direction on how to handle issues.

Great company and vision. CEO works hard to look out for his team. Growth mindset.

Minpunten

Not a lot of cons for a company at this stage. There is a lot of growth opportunity.
