One 30 minute overview and you are an expert- even if you come from a different organization altogether. Rude remarks are made about their counterparts and they do not work collaboratively. They are very biased (over ethnicity and seniority) and think their reps are the bottom of the bottom- even though they are the reason their organization exists. I could go on.. but please, do not waste your time or energy on this company.
