      Freedom to work independently and on time pay (not a good paymasters though)

      Minpunten

      Do not have any direct clients, most of the clients are through VMS and it is unfortunate to work as a 3rd layer to the vendors who by them self-are working as vendors to the VMS accounts.

      Nothing significant. Like any workplace, there are busy seasons and challenges, but overall the experience was overwhelmingly positive.

      After being let go due to the client's budget cuts, I reached out to ComTec regarding other opportunities. Unfortunately, my inquiries went unanswered. It was disheartening to experience silence from a company where I had contributed meaningfully and hoped to return in a new capacity.
