I made more as a rep on the phones pre 2020, then I did my last couple years there leading teams, doing projects, teaching other supervisors who were completely incompetent how to teach their reps to be more effective in XM sales, every year after COVID, this company would need to do a “commission restructure” and they’d lie to everyone about why it needed to be done and that we’d make more, everyone always ended up making less, if this company every year is going to ask more and more from its reps and managers, they need to pay for it, and not just expect it and then cut commission behind the scenes then get really angry when they don’t get the results they want. This company has a major problem with employees who take advantage of the short term disability package and benefits plan Comcast offers, so many employees out on medical leave all the time because they “mentally can’t handle taking phone calls from customers” then get a different job? Sounds like this isn’t for you, Comcast rewards these employees consistently and pays them a kings ransom to sit at home, smoke dope and do nothing and claim disability, and punishes the reps and managers who do the right thing by cutting pay.
