Pluspunten
The coworkers are people you cannot help but like. Just like every job, there were ups and downs but it seemed like when the job was tough, the coworkers pulled in tighter together to make it more bearable for everyone. No one was left to do all the work, when the job was completed you looked around to see who needed a helping hand with their load. A family, indeed. Communication Graphics was a great work environment.

I assume because of the nature of the business (various marketing items-- mostly decals) that the salary was not as much as expected and time did not change that fact, if anything the situation worsened as the salaries failed to keep up with the rest of the economy.
