Top management is WORST of all. Hire and fire is the policy! Don't get trapped from fancy salary which they offer you will end up having a pathetic environment with no job security! It's better to be jobless instead of working with them. They will simply don't listen cos management team operates from US n they don't get to know what mess is with India office. A day earlier you are told that you are doing a great job and the next day you get called to say you are being terminated. No Hiring policy & HR policy. They hire resources for no reason and fire them. Performance assessment is pure opinion based and no process to measure it.
