Pluspunten
1. Leadership overall. 2. Vice president for Indian team is technically very sound , and we regularly get to discuss some features/solutions/issues with him. His approach to problems is impressive, and there is lot to learn from him. I can say this on behalf of other team members as well that we all look forward to conversations with him. I consider him under Pros because he inspires confidence in us and he comes on my mind when I think of Pros working at Comm100 3. The team members: They are also expert in their domain and whole team is cheerful 4. Never experienced any pressure from higher management to work extra hours. 5. Regular fun activities, lunch meetups, team outings 6. No micro management 7. One of the best Tax saving salary structure I have seen till now. HR is very friendly and cooperative in helping the employees with their needs 8. Management take input (even anonymous if you want) from employees and act on it. 9. There is transparency in processes, if you feel like something should be more clear or should be in a certain way, it is done 10. Appreciation: People are appreciated/acknowledged for their effort every two weeks. This process is also transparent 11. The Product is very good,, is performing good (consistently making business), and is being improved upon actively, so there is no uncertainty of "What if"
Minpunten
Not exactly a con, but you know it before getting into a startup that it is a startup. Rest people may subjectively find some cons but I didn't find anything major. The best thing is that they actively listen and improve upon if that's the need.
