Zero sales training Not much company culture unless you are corporate in OKC Business model doesn’t work well if people aren’t buying houses /taking out loans. You need to develop your own network and generate leads in addition to the leads you are given

Atmosphere is light and cordial. Everyone is focused on our activities. They focus on your mental and physical well-being and being all you can for this role.

Minpunten

The work load has ebbs and flows. Some weeks your activity are light and you are done early and can help others, though when the load is heavy it’s a lot to juggle. Taking extended time off need planning and working ahead since your activity list is yousto manage, though thankfully you have team mates who can help at times.
