If you enjoy not having a clue every time you pickup the phone to speak with a customer, then this place is a great fit or you. Must say, most customers are great people to deal with, very understanding and patient considering software is breaking half the time.

      There is always a lack of staff and the few employees they do have on board, get worked to death. No direction, no engagement. If you have the ability to read minds then you'll be just fine in this place.
