Minpunten

Mid-level management will slowly break you down until you you want to leave. Partners are so absent they have no idea that mid-level management is horrible. Mid-level management has been cited as the only reason my colleagues have told me they want to leave

The company culture is bar none. Everyone shows up with a desire to get things done. Management likes to reward and recognize success. The work is meaningful, even at the intern level.
