Smooth hiring process with seemingly understanding team

CEO doesnt know anything about the industry, does not take any ideas from the team and does not support best practices or past experiences from talented group of employees. The larger team is not welcoming to new people and while everyone is encouraged/forced to share every little thing they are working on, there is little collaboration or support.

Investor behind the brand is A+. Great concept and good product

Unfit CEO. Company is very small, so you will work closely with him. He will lure in employees with "Director" titles, but if you don't see eye to eye with him or share the same perspective, he will demote or fire you. (It happened to a handful of employees.) He may seem nice at first, don't be fooled. CEO also has no prior experience in the beauty industry yet doesn't acknowledge the input of those who do. Great concept and great investor, so it's an unfortunate scenario. And more than likely the other reviewer who says "Be Flexible" is a fake review, as there was no project manager last year, and if there was one at any point, they are already gone so let that be another testament to employee turnover.
