Teammates and immediate supervisors were great. Never had issues asking for time off, and felt supported by my direct manager.

Minpunten

Company speaks often about a team mentality but higher-ups favored low-performing colleagues over others who showed consistent success. The company never seemed to take the need for HR and admin positions seriously while I was there.

- Every employee deeply identifies with the mission to get more household and companies connected to renewable energy - Very good team spirit and mutual support - Company made significant progress over the last 1-2 years

Minpunten

- Some cross-team processes can still be improved for a smoother day-to-day work - General regulatory environment and working with utilities makes work complex

Great team members and managers. Everyone in the office was mostly easy to work with and talk to. The product really helps people who need it.

Minpunten

Difficult to address issues quickly. It would often take weeks for other departments to answer questions or correct technical issues. CEO and COO often come across as rude when they talk to employees and teams. Terminated with no real notice.
