They pay more than other management companies.

Minpunten

Heavier account load, unruly clients, little support and assistance. You will be told your account load will not exceed 8-10 properties and then suddenly you will find yourself with 11 or 12. Management says to “speak up” if you’re struggling, but very little (if anything) is done to help to when you do. There is a very high turnover and therefore all the clients are irate over the third, fourth or even fifth manager that year. New managers who are hired are often given the short end of the stick with these accounts.

My time here was great. The team was very supportive and the management really cared about their employees.

Minpunten

Nothing negative with the company. Any negatives would’ve been with the clients but that’s not the fault of the company

Friendly coworkers and company get togethers

Minpunten

High work load expectations, if someone quits you get more work and no compensation. If someone gets hired, you don't necessarily get that extra work taken from you.
