Poor management, unorganized culture, no training, things just change for no reason.

Leadership is visible and interacts with all members of staff. The surgeons are generally respectful. The anesthesia staff is incredible to work with.

Minpunten

Communication is sometimes lacking. There are too many company emails to know what is important.
