Great company culture with a lot of opportunity if you push yourself to work hard. You have a voice here, and the company truly values your ideas and opinions. Coming up on my 5 year anniversary, I reflect on how much I have grown and been challenged. About a year and a half ago I spoke up and expressed interest in moving from the recruiting side of our business to account management. It wasn’t a move my manager necessarily had me "on track for” but they believed in me, and provided the tools and resources for me to do my new role and do it well. Someone who needs a lot of hand-holding and having to be told what to do will not thrive here.

Having spent 10 years with Communications Collaborative, I will say I am a little biased. Instead of going on a diatribe, I'll stick with the things that have made me stick around so long: Values – the recruiting industry gets a bad rap, and often for good reason. For Comm Collab, it's always been more important to do the right things by everyone we work with and to put people before profits. Team – the group truly functions as a team, with all parties working together towards the same goals. It’s also an incredible group of individuals and when you spend quite a bit time working with the same folks that stuff matters. Growth – for a smaller company, Comm Collab provides excellent opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Politics (or lack thereof) – they don’t exist, and it makes being open and honest that much easier. Ideas triumph over title. Openness is the name of the game.
