Communitech takes advantage of the fact that they are a not-for-profit to avoid paying competitive wages. Expectations of high turnover result in limited assistance in personal growth and development.

A really great collections of creative and kind people. Very unique in the experience it provides. I think it's a side effect of the nature of their objectives and funding.

The silo structure and disparate groups and teams made it difficult to corral people at times and identify decision makers and structure.
