the lower managers such as house managers and day program managers are cool

Extreme diconnect between the office people and the staff working with the individuals
Not really paid well for the work being done
Documentations a pain to complete, especially because the systems always messed up so goes extremely slow, then they expect you to do it on your own time at home
You're on your own if anything does go wrong
they'll switch you to different work locations with out you having any say and only getting notice one or two days prior
employee safety doesn't mean much to the "higher ups"
They say they hire from within, but most of the time they hire people to be a staff, with intentions of them being prompted, for about a month then give them an office postion with a hefty pay raise, neglecting staff who've been working for the company for years and years.
people that work in the office give of a very fake and superficial vibe
Seen the company straight lie to employees
seen many upon many employees "get thrown under the bus" by others trying to cover their own butts, for really bs reasons
the office people show zero intrest in the individuals to a sickening degree and only see them as money, which us working with theses individuals barely see
there are many more issues with this job that don't feel like writing, but it really all comes down to the disconnect between office and staff, how fake/superficial they are and the lack of care for the employees, who are the ones that keep this place from falling apart
