Policies and procedures are developed/ revised frequently. It can be challenging to adapt to the constant changes and latest "highest priority" as backlog of work load drives priority. Must be vigilant in establishing boundaries, expectations and rules as staff struggle with adhering to basic rules expected in a professional environment (time, attendance, policies, production, etc.).
