Benefit package is very good, affordable for a family. Large company. Compensation is decent on hire, but don't expect raises. Great place to work if you're a trained monkey.

Very little planning goes into any change in procedure or process, resulting in disaster most often. IT server space is inadequate for the number of users accessing the system at the month's end and the company sees this as "normal". Constant threats of lay-offs every time the census drops. Any job functions requiring thought process are outsourced. No job advancement opportunities. Expect to work on personal time. "doing more with less".
