Great co-workers. Good structure. Expectations were communicated clearly.

Minpunten

There was some diversity in work ethic of the team yet all were managed the same. Management did not seem to recognize some were more dedicated and wanted more work. Everything was kept on a even field. A bit of distrust by management because of a few who took advantage of the system.
