Great staff at the lower level, benefits and wages are good.
Minpunten
Fear of being laid off or hours cut and then the big one being outsourced. They outsource the departments like EVS, Dietary, Lab ect. The company they use is awful makes CHS look wonderful and they don't care. They didn't research this company. Workers loose everything they worked for and it doesn't matter if you work 1 year or 30 to them. The bottom dollar is all that counts. Rural areas can't be run like large cities, CHS has a awful reputation and is getting worse every day.
