If you have a kind manager life is relatively easy but if you have a toxic one, you are provided no training no help and are expected to give answers in meetings. They micromanage and overwork you. Managers are clueless and everyone is looking for a scapegoat to put the blame on. No hikes, no bonuses (except for higher ups) no promotions. Stay away from this place
