He’s decisive and committed to growth, which gives me a lot of confidence in the future here. On a day-to-day level, I’ve been lucky to work under Meg, my manager, who is one of the most supportive and motivating leaders I’ve ever had. She leads by example, is always approachable, and makes sure her team feels valued and heard. My Team Lead has also played a big role in guiding and mentoring me, helping me sharpen my skills and build confidence. And of course, I can’t forget Team Sparta—the culture within our team is amazing. We work hard, support each other, and celebrate wins together, which makes the workplace both productive and enjoyable. Overall, the leadership and team culture here make a huge difference. I feel proud to be part of this company and excited about the opportunities ahead.
