Growth opportunites are immense - I started as a Programmer and became an Architect in a quick span all thanks to leadership that not only leads BUT trusts and directs each and every employee and walks with them on a succesful journey. Great Team environment, very inclusive, leadership team is very visible and approachable. The projects one gets to work on are always challenging and fulfilling. Flexible work schedules.
