Believe me there is none. If you want to see the only scammster in the world of software development companies, this is the place.

Minpunten

A million cons to describe but short of space on glassdoor. A company with the worst CEO and a very very very poor and dead management. No one knows what is happening all around. Terminations happening every day depending upon their mood. The companies main motive is to fire people instead of doing the actual software development. All of the time there are meetings and planning on who to fire, even in the scrum calls. I think they should change the name of the company to FiringForce rather than CommunityForce.

Good PTO package but other benefits are just the basics.

Minpunten

Poor communication across departments. Benefits are very basic insurance. 401K with no matching, only 6 holidays. Little opportunity for advancement.
