Very family- like if you get based in IAD. Supervisor as of 2026 is wonderful and extremely helpful.

Minpunten

However, Crew Scheduling is like that of most airlines, they will screw you over so bests to learn your contract. Speaking of which, our contract is awful

Small company, very family oriented. Overall good work environment. You'll move up in senrioity pretty quickly. Usually get like 12-17 days off a month with a pay gurantee (only 75hrs). You would be the only flight attendant, if you do like working alone. Lots of opportunities for career growth within the company.

Minpunten

Horrible routes/overnights. The "cooler" overnights are usually at crappy hotels really far out from the city. Most of the overnights are minimum rest. Again, you are the only flight attendant so if you don't get along with the pilots the trip might feel longer. Crappy pay. Only two bases. People usually don't stay long.
