It still has small company mentality which might be alluring to some people. Even though it size is small compared to some of their competitors, there name is starting to appear in more places.
Minpunten
There is not a lot of growth opportunities here. Their benefits package is less then desirable when compared to other company's they consider equals . Because of the small size of the company it is often difficult to get thing s accomplished . It has been very difficult to keep good people, either they are leaving for better opportunities or for the lack of career advancement.
