Disgusting management starting from the top. Sanjay is a fake and egotistical individual who only cares about his race. Building out the COE (cheap labor headquarters in India) has left the US based employees to deal with incompetence from the EU AND India. Clearly trying to milk a product before it’s competitive advantage becomes obsolete and the company becomes irrelevant. Gave out pay cuts during record profitability and absolutely 0 debt. Avoid this company at all costs. In touch individuals will get the vibe from HR at the start. If you’re relatively qualified they will rush you in, try to underpay you, but then abuse you once you’re in.
