Pay lower than it should be, some recruiters try to hold back on appropriate reimbursements (travel, housing)

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Minpunten

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
