Pluspunten
They pay you when you work, and only when you work.
Minpunten
They offer no benefits of any kind, no paid time-off, no medical, and no sick leave. They tell you they are going to pay for a Microsoft certification, but then tell you they only reimburse after one year of employment. Assume they will attempt you alter your contract after you sign it, so keep it with you at all times. Off-shore is an understatement. Everyone will have a heavy Indian accent. Not a problem, just a side note. I think the worst part is the clause in their contract that specifically mentions that. "If Third Party, for any reason, fails or refuses to pay Employer for any services rendered by Employee ("Non-paid Services"), then Employee shall not receive Compensation for the Non-paid Services." In California, this would get you in a disturbing amount of trouble. Can't wait for the day I have to fight for what I worked for.
