Lack of management,very low salaries, don't have employees with needed experience,no value will added for anyone will join to company,very old types of projects and mad ceo and the management enforce the employees to writes good comments

Honesty, I Joined the company and I did not read the reviews. But in her moment, most of the Reviews dates are old .It is 2 & 3 years ago!!!! My signed contract didn't include Penalty clause 100K. I am reporting to the Managing Director in an indirect. Real way I didn't show a macro management at all .They provide me all tools that I want in work. There is something that I have seen happen in our company, which is that any administrative position that we need in the company is announced internally before we think about anyone externally.
