Honestly, everything. Toxic cult-like culture with lots of two-faced personalities. They promote culture buzzwords and use them when it's convenient to feed their agenda. All of the internal meetings are essentially gossip sessions about contractors, upper management and other departments (hopefully you're part of the core group or the gossip will likely be about you). Lots of delays are due to their inability to make timely decisions then blame the contractors when there is little time left to execute work.
It's insane they are still receiving investments after all of their failed projects. The are one of the most inefficient companies I have ever seen.
