- Flexible schedule - relatively easy work

Minpunten

- undercompensation - no real benefits - tutors expected to pick up the slack where management fails - High expectations of communication with clients outside of work hours - expectations of preparation don’t match what’s compensated for (and at minimum wage)

Supportive staff You are actually trained Good Pay

Way too much middle management You are paid a pittance compared to what they charge the parents In spite of a huge amount of middle management, for some reason you are actively made to do all the scheduling yourself and fill out a report after every lesson
