Not a clue on how to retain quality associates. Robotic tone from most upper management, all seem like they been in the company business, positions too long and have lost the meaning of HOSPITALITY towards associates, then the consumers. No appreciation for management who perform at high standards. Retention is not a huge concern. Overall just a plain job now. Far removed from the giant that Compass once was and people flocked to be apart of something great!
