No work life balance. All of the good responses are coming from management, go figure. Diversity is a joke, all caucasian management and all caucasian field managers. Skip this place I can't wait to get out of here.

Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
