      Employees are not treated with the same ethical standards they treat clients. Burnout is high as a result to being overworked and grossly underpaid.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review and I'm sorry to hear that your experience has not been a positive one. Our hope is that our new contract will bring up pay and attract more new team members to assist with the caseloads.       → Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address → Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations → Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself → Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
