Upper management is very disorganized. The direction you receive is none. They expect you do your job but do not provide the tools. There is no communication about anything. Reviews are pointless since they don't happen. The pay is terrible based on experience and education. If you are not the correct gender or the right body type, then you have little or no chance of promotion. They promote employees who should not be promoted because they don't ask questions when they know a policy or procedure is wrong and paying vendors and issuing refunds is like pulling teeth.
