Management have listened and noted improvements and the necessary steps have been taken to create a better working environment in general - EOQ's!!

- it can be really hard work, but you get in what you put out so it balances itself out - it isn't a 9-5 job at the end of the day. You may need to take an odd call here or there out of hours, but there is absolutely no requirement to do so. Taking a call at 6pm on a Friday could be the difference between a deal or no deal!

The team really care about each other. The whole group are a friendly & inclusive bunch where you feel valued plus the managers are approachable and always listen to your feedback. There are lots of great perks and a very sociable company with fully paid end of quarters that is for everyone.
