Working at Compassus has been an incredible experience! The company truly values its employees and goes out of its way to ensure that everyone feels appreciated and supported. Short staffing-while this is not a current issue it was very significant for a time. I was really impressed with how they handled this situation. Despite the challenge, management acted swiftly and effectively to address the situation. They communicated transparently with the team, redistributed tasks to ensure no one felt overwhelmed, and promptly brought in additional support. It was a great example of strong leadership and teamwork.

Compassus Hospice is a wonderful organization to work for. The senior management team is supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in employee success.
