I served as a primary liaison and key relationship manager between healthcare professionals, social workers, patients and families, I promoted cross-functional collaboration and solutions for challenging end of life decisions. I felt like I had a purpose of helping in a time of need.
Minpunten
Management was horrible! No, support, micromanaged, lack of interest about how to help you, and or offer help. It was all about numbers, I felt totally disrespected .

Minpunten
Short staffing-while this is not a current issue it was very significant for a time. I was really impressed with how they handled this situation. Despite the challenge, management acted swiftly and effectively to address the situation. They communicated transparently with the team, redistributed tasks to ensure no one felt overwhelmed, and promptly brought in additional support. It was a great example of strong leadership and teamwork.
Compassus initially felt like a great place to work. I was drawn to the culture and the idea that the organization approached things differently. However, over time, it has started to feel more like a traditional sales environment where senior leadership may not fully understand the realities of our day-to-day work.
The expectation to meet aggressive metrics, especially within the first year, feels unrealistic. While I’m grateful to have a strong manager, it’s been frustrating to see a shift in culture—high expectations without the same level of support or accountability.
Minpunten
Ongoing challenges often get redirected between departments, which makes it difficult to reach meaningful resolutions.
I understand the organization is growing, but at times it no longer feels as “different” as it initially did.
