Cons about working for Compassus Hospice
Unfortunately, I experienced significant challenges during my time there. I faced racism and passive aggressiveness directed toward Black women, which was extremely difficult and ultimately led me to counseling after my resignation. Leadership was poor, with frequent micromanagement and a lack of accountability. My concerns were consistently dismissed, and I received pushback both from new management and from employees who formed cliques under that leadership. I was also subjected to inappropriate and hurtful comments directly to my face, which created a hostile and unsupportive work environment. From my disability to my beliefs, all was not taking seriously.
